Olena has more than 14 years of experience in jurisprudence. Heads the legal department of umgi since October 2013.

Before joining the investment company umgi, Olena held the position of head of the legal department of PJSC VESKO, worked as a consultant at the Legal Center “International Law” (attracting investments) and TD “Astron” (real estate transactions). Olena Shvedova’s expertise includes business and land law, issues of corporate governance and international relations. In addition, Olena has experience in implementing successful projects in the field of land management.

Olena Shvedova graduated from the Uzhgorod State Institute of Informatics, Economics and Law with a degree in Law.
