Iryna Razinkina has been umgi HR Director since April 2018. She began her career at Nemiroff, in 2002. In 2004, Iryna began working for Metinvest Group. Iryna was Head of Human Resources at Metinvest-SMC, HR Business Partner of the Sales Directorate, Head of HR Policy at Metinvest Holding, and HR Director at the Central Mining and Processing Plant. In 2017, she went on to be HR Director at Corum Group. Iryna’s responsibilities include: recruitment; performance appraisal and talent management; staff training and development; financial and moral incentives; improving staff involvement; and corporate culture development. Iryna graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, having specialised in psychology; she received supplementary education in the field of personnel management (KMBS), as well as studying at the Management Centre of Europe; she is a certified coach.
